Drag any player: time moves with them and everyone else reacts. Stop moving and time stops. A fast drag sprints and uses up the player's burst (the ring that appears around them); a slow drag (or Alt) jogs and refills it. Players lay out for discs just out of reach, about half come up with it, and they need a moment to get up. Click a player to see their options. Shift+drag (or Teleport) moves a player without time passing. ← → step time by 0.25 s (Shift for 1 s), Space waits 0.5 s. Shift+click an attacker to give them the disc. Click any arrow to play it (it plays out at 2×): a purple line throws, a yellow arrow runs that option, a white arrow plays on until that player finishes their move. Play is continuous: after a turnover the other team picks up the disc and attacks the other way (Orange attacks right, Blue left), after a goal the disc stays where it was caught and the other team brings it in from there: everyone walks to a line-up (the field greys out: not live), then the handler picks up the disc and presents it. Drag anyone to change the line-up and press Disc in. N plays on when you are stepping by hand. Players have bodies: they can't run through each other and steer around traffic. Very short, fast passes are hard to read and get dropped more often (a 3 m flick about 30%), so the AI prefers a push or a floaty touch pass up close, which is slower and easier to get a hand on. A defender screened off their player calls a pick: play stops and they walk back (a disc caught by their player during the pick goes back to the thrower).
